I can only say that I have been through THREE other property management companies before Ambassador. They are so professional and responsive - always helpful. We live abroad and it can be very stressful managing a home from so far away. You really have to trust the company who is going to deal with not only your home, but find suitable tenants. Also, with the other three companies, there were CONSTANTLY extra fees, very expensive maintenance charges - all kinds of money we were spending. I really felt like those other companies were taking advantage of the fact that we live so far away and had no way to check the situation. Ambassador has really put my mind at ease - I know everything is being taken care of properly.
